These terms govern your use of duntos.com and of the Duntos Automation text messaging program. By using this website or by opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

Duntos Automation is a trading name of DUNTOS LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. We build custom automation for home-service businesses. Contact: [email protected].

Program description

Duntos Automation sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. Two kinds of message are sent under this program:

• Conversational and appointment messages. Replies to an enquiry you started with us, and confirmations, reminders and follow-ups for a call or appointment you booked.
• Marketing and promotional messages. Occasional offers, service news and useful information about what we do, sent only to people who ticked the consent box.

How you join

You join by ticking the consent box on our SMS opt-in page and submitting your mobile number, or by telling us in writing that you want text messages.

Only the person who owns the mobile number may opt that number in. Do not submit someone else's number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Duntos Automation does not charge you for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive nothing after that. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected]. That address is our customer care contact for this messaging program and is answered during US Eastern business hours.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

How we handle your number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

3. Using this website

You may use duntos.com for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to DUNTOS LLC. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

4. What we do and do not promise

The information on this website is provided for general information. Results described are examples, not guarantees. What Duntos Automation will deliver for you, and what it will cost, is set out in the written agreement we sign with you, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

The website is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, DUNTOS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

5. Third-party services

This website embeds forms and chat provided by our customer relationship platform. Your use of those is also subject to that provider's terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes to the messaging program will be posted here before they take effect.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
